Psalm 119:27 is worth pondering to me. It says … Make me understand the way of your precepts, and I will meditate on your wondrous deeds. Many of my prayers are asking God for wisdom, understanding and knowledge. I also want God to force me to understand His will for my life. I have learned too often that I am not the best with the free will given to me from God. My will be done really stinks. When I meditate on all the amazing glory of God, I really want only His will to be done to prepare me for eternity.

Oh Mike, I pray for things I want and then always end with ‘Thy will be done.’ God is so onto me…..
